Oct 18, 2011 – Judge rules that the CIA will not be held accountable for destroying 92 video tapes of detainee torture even after the same court had ordered them to not destroy them. The mayor was elected on a promise to investigate corruption in the city government and says this is an attempt to cover up their crimes, including millions of dollars in phony paychecks.
